The 5’9″ Pavote with the scooped deck I got from you like a month or so ago is working insane! I think I like it better than the one I ruined right before I got this this one.

So FAST, its ridiculous!

Paddles great, drivey, responsive and snappy. Makes me rip:)

I find myself going vertical

with power

in weak mushy waves

which wasn’t the easiest thing to do on my regular shortboard cuz of the lack of speed. It just goes where I want/look on the wave.

I’m lovin this turkey.

Thanks Todd for such a killa board!

Nick Sim, Los Angeles, CA

Custom El Pavote: 5’9″ x 19 3/8″ x 2 1/4″ winger diamond tail
concave deck

Surfed small n mushy el Porto today and was having a blast flying over sections on the turkey. It’s really snappy, turns tight in small waves and it loves going vertical. Pockety yet lots of speed and glide down the line. I’m stoked, thanks guys.

The El Pavote I think is a more progressive feeling Falcon.

It has a bit more drive off the bottom

and is more responsive in the pocket.

It seems to do both of these things without giving up all the advantages of the falcon.

It still is great though the flat sections

and a great board for nearly all conditions

but really shines at the points…..
